Seoul, August 2025 – STL Hotel Furnishing is proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of a comprehensive, one-stop furniture package for the 5-star Enford Hotel, located in the heart of Busan, South Korea. Commissioned in early 2024, this landmark project underscores STL’s commitment to quality, on-time execution, and seamless coordination with international designers and contractors.
Project Overview
Over the course of six months, STL supplied over 1,200 pieces of bespoke hospitality furniture, sanitaryware, and lighting solutions tailored to Enford Hotel’s modern-luxury vision. Key deliverables included:
Lobby & Restaurant: Custom-designed leather Chesterfield sofas, walnut-veneered bar stools, and modular lounge seating that frame panoramic city views.
Presidential & Royal Suites: Hand-carved dining tables, marble-topped sideboards, and tailor-made study desks crafted to exacting ergonomic standards.
Family & Boutique Suites: Space-saving bunk bed alcoves, vibrant textile headboards, and multifunctional workstations to accommodate both leisure families and business travelers.
Bathrooms: Monolithic stone vanities, freestanding soaking tubs, and matte-black fittings that marry durability with contemporary aesthetics.
Honest Reflections & Forward Outlook
No large-scale project comes without its challenges. Early in 2024, global shipping delays and fluctuating raw-material costs forced STL to rethink lead times and supplier relationships. By diversifying our logistics routes and establishing flexible production schedules, we not only met the hotel’s tight opening deadline but also secured long-term cost stability for future clients.
Looking ahead, STL is already leveraging lessons from Enford to enhance our digital project-tracking tools, aiming for even greater transparency and real-time responsiveness. Our collaboration with Enford’s interior design team also spawned new prototype lines—set to launch Q4 2025—that blend minimalist form with multifunctional features, perfect for next-generation boutique hotels.
