STL Hotel Furnishing is proud to announce the successful completion of a full FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) supply project for Asan Pogunan Hotel, located in Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea.
The newly opened property combines urban simplicity with subtle luxury — and every piece of furniture, from guestrooms to public areas, was custom-made and supplied by STL.
The hotel’s interiors express a “Modern Calm Luxury” concept — a balance of soft lighting, neutral colors, and tactile textures that create a quiet yet premium experience.
STL worked closely with the design team to ensure a unified tone across guestrooms, lobby, and corridors, using light oak finishes, creamy beige fabrics, and brushed-metal highlights.
Guestrooms: Custom-made beds with integrated headboards, side tables, work desks, and minimalist sofas that enhance both comfort and function.
Bathrooms: Elegant marble-patterned surfaces paired with stainless fixtures and built-in bathtubs for a refined, resort-style feel.
Lobby & Reception: Neutral stone-tone walls, bronze-colored elevators, and black-mirror panels contrast beautifully to set a sophisticated first impression.
Back-of-House & Public Zones: Coordinated furniture and storage solutions emphasizing durability and easy maintenance.
Every piece was crafted from solid-wood frames, E1-grade boards, and premium upholstery, ensuring long-term performance and aesthetic harmony.
Sampling & Approval: Material boards, fabric swatches, and metal finishes were tested and approved before mass production.
Quality Control: Three-stage inspection covering raw materials, assembly, and final packaging.
Export Packaging: Reinforced cartons with anti-humidity layers and edge protectors to ensure safe container transport.
Installation Support: STL provided clear layout drawings and hardware kits for smooth on-site assembly.
