Resort Hotel Furniture FAQ
Questions before starting a resort guest room furniture project.
These answers cover the practical points most often discussed during quotation, customization, sampling and project delivery.
Can you supply a complete resort guest room furniture package?
Yes. The package can include beds, headboard walls, bedside tables, desks, luggage benches, wardrobes, minibar cabinets, TV units, lounge chairs, sofas, daybeds and other fixed or loose furniture listed in the project BOQ.
Can the design be adjusted for king rooms, twin rooms and villa suites?
Yes. Bed widths, headboard arrangements, desk lengths, wardrobe interiors and loose furniture quantities can be adapted to each approved room type while keeping one coordinated design language.
Which materials are suitable for resort hotel environments?
The final specification depends on climate, use level and budget. Common options include plywood or moisture-resistant boards, veneer, solid wood, commercial upholstery, woven surfaces, sealed edges and project-suitable hardware. Exterior furniture requires a separate outdoor specification.
Can the furniture follow our renderings and finish schedule?
Yes. We review the design references and translate them into dimensions, construction details, finish samples and shop drawings. Any technical adjustment is confirmed before production rather than made silently.
Do we need samples or a mock-up room before mass production?
For customized hotel furniture, finish samples and a mock-up or first-piece review are recommended. They help confirm color, texture, dimensions, hardware and construction before the bulk order proceeds.
What is the usual production and delivery arrangement?
Standard furniture production is normally about 35 to 40 days after drawings, materials and deposit are confirmed. Large or mixed-category packages may require more time. Items can be coded and packed by building, room type or installation sequence.
